1. Add Seller Details Fields on Product Adding Page (Only if Offline Dealing is Enabled)

When the Offline Dealing Addon (custom plugin addon) is enabled, the following four fields will be added to the product creation page to collect seller details:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Address

These fields will only appear when the addon is active.

2. Update Email Template for Auction Winner (Before Buyer Premium Payment)

When a user wins an auction, the winner email currently includes seller details. This needs to be updated.

New Flow:

  • Winner receives an email notifying them they’ve won the product.
  • The message will instruct them to pay a 6% buyer premium before their and the seller’s contact information is exchanged.
  • Include a payment link for the buyer premium.

Estimated Development Effort = 5 hours

3. New Email Template for Winner (After Buyer Premium Payment)

After the buyer has successfully paid the 6% buyer premium, a new email template will be triggered and send email to buyer that includes:

  • Full seller details: Name, Email, Telephone, and Address

Estimated Development Effort = 8 hours

4. New Email Template for Seller (After Buyer Premium Payment)

When the buyer completes the buyer premium payment, another email will be sent — this time to the seller — containing:

  • Buyer’s contact details so they can proceed with the deal.
