• The Outbid Notifications feature is already available in our SMS notification add-ons. We will need to enable and set it up using the client’s Twilio account

Auction Ending Soon Alert SMS

• The Ending Soon Notifications feature is already available in our SMS notification add-ons. We must enable and set it up using the client’s Twilio account.

Payment Reminder SMS

• Twilio Setup

• On the admin side, enable or disable button

• On the admin side, add 2 fields for reminder 1 and reminder 2

• Setup cronjob for send notification to unpaid users

• First Reminder: Sent 48 hours after the auction ends if the user has not made the payment.

• Final Reminder: Sent 24 hours after the first reminder (which means 72 hours after the auction ends). This message informs the user that they have 24 hours left to complete the payment before they lose the item.

Note: This estimation is only for Automated SMS Alerts.

There is no manual way to collect the restock fee from bidders without coding. We will have to write code for this, including the process of pull the product back.
