This proposal has been prepared in response to the requirements, reference designs, and questions shared for DOMAUTOPRO — a French-language, B2B (professionals-only) car auction marketplace for Martinique and the wider French overseas territories. The platform is built on our Ultimate Car Auction Software theme, customised and themed to match your design references.
The solution covers:
Based on your document, reference mockups, and our review of the platform, the requirements are grouped as follows.
2.1 Marketplace & Vendors
2.2 Auctions & Bidding
2.3 Payments & Fees
The fee model follows your reference mockups precisely:
2.4 Registration & Vetting
2.5 Design & Language
The build is organised in four phases so you can commission the site in stages. The reference mockups are used as design guidance and refined for feasibility during the Figma stage. New and re-designed pages are built as reusable Gutenberg + ACF blocks, so text, links, images and section visibility can be edited from the front end. Estimated hours are shown for each deliverable.

4.2 Project Cost
Our standard development rate is USD 45 / hour, and the full scope above (Phases 1–4) represents an estimated 417 hours of design and development.
As this is our first engagement with DOMAUTOPRO — and a flagship reference build for the professional automobile-auction market across the French overseas territories, with further phases (including VIP paid-access auctions) anticipated — we are pleased to offer a fixed strategic project price, significantly below our standard hourly rate.
| Item | Amount (USD) |
|---|---|
| Custom development (Phases 1–4) — fixed strategic price | 6,999 |
| Ultimate Car Auction Software — All Access License (annual, first year) | 499 |
| Total | 7,498 |
This is a one-time strategic rate for this engagement; future enhancement phases and post-launch maintenance are quoted at our standard rates. The All Access License is billed annually and renews each year at the Client’s cost. Third-party costs (hosting, domain, and payment-gateway fees) are borne by the Client.
4.3 Milestone & Payment Schedule
Development is delivered across four milestones. An advance payment is collected before each milestone commences. Timelines are expressed in weeks from the project kick-off date.
| Milestone | Phase / Deliverables | Hours | Timeline | USD |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 | All Access License + theme setup/install + design & all-page development (incl. licence USD 499) | 190 | By Week 5 | 2,249 |
| Phase 2 | Small & required customisations + configuration | 65 | By Week 7 | 1,750 |
| Phase 3 | Dashboard enhancements | 76 | By Week 9 | 1,750 |
| Phase 4 | New custom features | 86 | By Week 12 | 1,749 |
| Total | 417 | ~12 weeks | 7,498 |
Week numbers are calculated from the project kick-off date (the date the first advance payment is received); actual calendar dates are confirmed on kick-off. Timelines assume timely Client sign-off at the Figma and HTML approval checkpoints in Phase 1; a delayed approval shifts subsequent milestones accordingly.
