Customer Requirement :

Integrate the GeoDirectory plugin with the Ultimate WooCommerce Auction PRO system to connect user/company data and display company profiles dynamically in auctions bid section :

1. Live Auction Bid Area Section

When the user participates in an auction and places a bid:

  • The auction system should fetch the company details from GeoDirectory.
  • The following company information must appear dynamically in the Total Bids Placed section:
    • Company Logo (thumbnail)
    • Company Name
    •  Pay Rate offered: $ – (user place bid)
    • Link to Company Profile (  Company Profile  )

2. Best Offer – Custom Bid Table Display

When an auction is select as Best Offer, the system must show a new custom Total Bids Placed table. This table will only be visible for this auction type.

Development

  1. Place bid and How bids are displayed on the bidding board : User place bid on auction and we are get all listed information and display in bid board:
    • Company logo
    • Company name
    • Pay rate offered – ( user place bid )
    • View profile link
  2.  Add New Auction Type – Best Offer
    • When the admin selects Best Offer as the auction type, the system must display a new custom “Total Bids Placed” table specifically for this auction type. This table should show all required bidder information (Company Logo, Company Name, Pay Rate Offered, and Company Profile link).
    • This custom table must appear only for Best Offer auctions, while all other auction types continue using the standard bidding layout.
  3. Test Case Scenarios (QA Checklist) 
    • Normal Auction , Reverse Auction , Best Offer Auction
      • Create a product with auction type = Normal. Place multiple bids.Confirm the standard Total Bids table displays correctly.
      • Create a product with auction type = Reverse. Place decreasing bids. Ensure the Reverse Auction UI and its standard bid table display correctly. Confirm Best Offer custom table does NOT appear.
      • Create a product with auction type = Best Offer. Place multiple bids with different users. Confirm: Custom Best Offer Total Bids table appears
      • Ensure no UI or functionality conflict between auction types.

NOTE :

The Best Offer auction type affects only the display of a custom bid section.It does not change any auction logic or functionality.

All core auction behavior (bidding, winner selection, timers, notifications, etc.) remains exactly the same as a normal auction.
