Hi Rickard,

We analyzed the effort and cost of directly bidding from the shop page.

Development Work

  • Input number field
    • An input field will be added to the archive page for all products, accompanied by a “Bid Now” button, enabling users to place bids directly from the archive page.
  • Bid button
    • Upon entering the desired amount, the user will click the “Bid Now” button, placing the bid. The page will refresh to reflect the updated bid.
  • Update single product page
    • As soon as the user places a bid on the archive page, the bid will be updated in on the corresponding single product page, and will also appear in the bid list.
  • Update archive page
    • Conversely, if a user places a bid from the single product page, the current bid will be updated on the archive page as well, ensuring seamless synchronization across pages.
  • Enable/Disable button
    • An administrative setting will be provided, allowing admins to manage and control whether bidding from the archive page is enabled or disabled.

Total Development Effort = 30 hours
Cost = 30 x USD 45/hour = USD 1350
Final Discounted Cost = USD 599 (We will contribute 60% from our pocket to reduce your cost).
