UA Software Has Come A Long Way In Four Years

What a difference four years makes! When I first tried Ultimate Auction Software’s plug-in in 2020, it had much to be desired and did not play well with websites built with Elegant Themes page builder software (i.e. DIVI). Additionally, the team did not have a good understanding of how most online car auctions work. Fast forward to 2025, and it’s clear Nitesh and his team have listened to their customers and have developed a solid product in their Theme offering. Offering a great theme is one thing, but having their team log in to my site and host to get everything set up correctly was a considerable time savings for me. I’m convinced implementing their Theme will be a game changer for my business. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is as a B2B growing software provider, they will need to figure out a way to be able to provide support over weekends and holidays, which is only exacerbated by the 9.5 hour time difference between the U.S. and India.

I did try other software solutions prior to this purchase but found them inferior in terms of the support and backup. When I originally looked for an auction provider I went to a software company who quoted me £9000 and 6 – 9 months to develop. Others quoted me monthly fees and commission based options and all wanted a continued monthly maintenance / service fee. Finding the Ultimate Auction Software guys was like a breath of fresh air no commissions, no service charges, no maintenance fees, no fees for add ons and they take on board what the customer is looking for and treat the customer with respect not as a cash machine. The team here are always quick to respond and are always happy to look at changes and evolve to the needs of the customer. The software itself is constantly improving and being updated to enhance the functionality. Whether you are a big business or micro business if you need an auction facility this is the one to use. Do not waste your time and money searching around for cheaper options or free apps it is a false economy, I know from experience and wish I had found this one earlier. The software itself was initially daunting as I had not done anything like this before but if you take your time read the manuals / guides and watch the videos it makes sense and the more you use it the easier it gets. Support guys are always there to help even if you have what may seem like a silly question they will always help in in a professional manner. All in all if you want an auction platform that works, is cost effective and will not take long to get up and running with the minimum hassle buy this software, you will not regret it.

Original 3 star review revised to 5 star.I can’t understand how the app was designed without this function, but if a customer wants to buy multiple items they cannot checkout and pay 1 shipping price for all, they have to pay shipping on every win.I take off 1 star for this function missing, and 1 star for developer insisting on charging for a function that really should be by default available as an option in the plugin.

For a free plugin this exceeds expectations. OK so some of the functionality doesn’t work on our site, but that could be because we run a bespoke WooCommerce site. In short though, this plugin pretty much works straight out of the box. Everything works except:Emails to admin from bidders, or via WooCommerce after bid, or win.Unable to restart an auction that has expired.Unable to restart an auction if the winner doesn’t pay.The support we have received from Nitesh has been exceptional. He has answered every question promptly and professionally. Some paid plugins don’t offer this level of customer service.If you are looking for a good looking auction plugin that works well, don’t pay and don’t delay – get Ultimate WooCommerce Auction.
