Milestone 1 covers:

  • Project kickoff meeting and briefing
  • Full site audit and content review
  • Design concept and brand direction
  • 11-page UI design (homepage, shop, product page, auction pages, cart, checkout, account, about, login, registration)
  • Design review and revision rounds
  • Your approval before any development begins

Development starts immediately after payment is received and design is approved. No work begins before this milestone is cleared.
